Ace Blinds is committed to delivering quality products that stand the test of time. Our warranty ensures peace of mind by covering manufacturing defects in materials, design, or workmanship, provided the product remains installed in its original window.

What is Covered

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and covers the following components from the date of purchase:

*Note: Batteries for motorized accessories are not included under warranty.

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

1. Normal wear and tear

    

2. Damage caused by overexposure to sunlight, moisture, wind, or water

    

3. Damage resulting from:

    

   • Abuse

      

   • Accidents

      

   • Alterations

      

   • Misuse or extraordinary use

      

   • Improper measurement, installation, or handling

      

4. Discolouration, fading, cracking, shrinking, or stretching due to prolonged direct sunlight

    

5. Natural variations in colour, grain, or weave of organic materials

    

6. Damage due to improper cleaning, maintenance, or failure to follow care instructions

    

7. Damage caused by pets or insects

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

   

• Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.

   

• Ace Blinds reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim and to determine the appropriate corrective action.
